Luke Dees

Luke Dees is an associate at Sanchez Maselli Trial Attorneys who represents businesses, insurers, and professionals in commercial litigation, insurance defense, and other civil litigation matters. He manages all phases of civil litigation from inception through trial — pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation — and drafts and argues substantive motions, briefs, and discovery applications to advance each client’s litigation strategy.

Known for analytical judgment, persuasive writing, and practical, results-driven advocacy, Luke serves as a primary point of contact for clients, opposing counsel, and experts. Before joining the firm, he handled civil defense and complex litigation for corporate and insurance clients, and he brings years of earlier litigation experience on both the plaintiff and defense sides — a combined perspective he draws on in evaluating liability exposure, damages, and litigation risk.

Luke earned his Juris Doctor from Widener University Delaware Law School, graduating with Pro Bono Distinction and receiving the Eve Biskind Klothen Student Public Interest Award, and his Bachelor of Science from the University of Valley Forge. He served in the United States Army Reserve, Military Police Corps, from 2015 to 2022.
