Nicholas J. Lombardi is Of Counsel at Sanchez Maselli Trial Attorneys, with extensive trial, mediation, and arbitration experience representing self-insured corporations, business entities, public entities, insurance carriers, and individuals in civil state and federal litigation. He has pursued his clients' interests in insurance coverage matters in the New Jersey Law Division, Appellate Division, and Supreme Court.
His clients have included Fortune 500 companies, auto manufacturers, supermarkets, retailers, and national insurance carriers. He is admitted in New Jersey and New York and several federal courts, and is a member of the Passaic County and New Jersey bar associations, including their Elder Law Subcommittee.
Nicholas graduated in the top third of his law school class and clerked for the Honorable Edward F. Neagle, J.S.C. (Essex County). Before joining the firm he was a named partner of a civil defense firm for over twenty-five years, where he tried numerous cases to favorable verdicts.
