Robert A. Tandy is Of Counsel to Sanchez Maselli Trial Attorneys, with extensive litigation experience representing employers in a wide range of employment and labor disputes.
He has represented clients in state and federal court against claims of wrongful discharge, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, Family and Medical Leave Act and Conscientious Employee Protection Act violations, restrictive-covenant and contract disputes, and has handled numerous matters before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and New York and New Jersey state agencies.
Robert devotes a significant part of his practice to pre-litigation counseling, compliance, and diversity training, and has lectured for the New Jersey Council on Education in Management, the New Jersey Society of CPAs, SHRM, the Municipal Excess Liability Fund, the Bergen County Joint Insurance Fund, and the Bergen Community College Paralegal Program. He has been selected to New Jersey Super Lawyers for Employment Law since 2012.
